「Lovely atmosphere」

「The boat was superb. Brand new and service was excellent. Food really nice. We were upgraded to this ship on the day when travelling to the port which was a bit concerning but all good in the end. We ended up on a better boat so very nice. Trip was excellent. The only reason I didn’t mark it overall as a 5* was the cost but we got what we paid for. So if you want a luxurious trip to Halong bay I’d recommend this trip 」

「We stayed on a 2 night cruise in July. Amazing friendly and helpful staff. Ronald (Customer Service Manager) and his team went above and beyond to help me out when I purchased some pearls from a pearl farm on our day trip. The earrings were faulty and broke. The staff tried so hard to contact the pearl farm to help me get a replacement, which happened. Thankyou team!
