「all the staff are very warm and nice. They care about their service a lot and always try to know if everything ok during the trip. The room is clean as they come to clean up very frequently not only once a day. The food is also yummy and I have nice and special meal during my stay.」

「We are a group of 3 staying in a tripod room. Excellent value for money for this 2 days 1 night package. The staff was really nice and speaks good English. We enjoyed the food, onboard services and the free shuttle from Hanoi to Halong Bay and back. 很輕鬆自在的船程, 下龍灣很值得遊玩, 不過個人認為2日1夜已經很足夠的 這是一艘新船, 設備很新而且舒適, 食物很好吃並精緻, 包括法餐(5 courses)及越菜(6 dishes), 比超出預期中的期待 」

「It was a wonderful stay in the cruise, the tour included some sightseeing in the nearby islands and we got to try kayaking. The cruise has its own small tender boat to transport passengers to and from the cruise to port and small islands.
