「酒店很新，服务很好，早餐丰富。可惜的是房间电源故障，严重影响睡眠。我们的航班晚点，半夜办理入住，本来期望好好睡一觉，结果走廊和卫生间的两个灯无论如何都关不上，拔了房卡关闭全部电源也没用，糟糕的是卫生间的墙是半透明的，房间很亮，拿了面巾纸当眼罩，勉强睡了三个小时，感觉不好，扣分。」

「The shower was pathetic. They mounted the controls upside down so you couldn’t adjust the temperature or pressure independently. The result is a barely warm trickle of water. We had 2 rooms; it was the same in both.」

「We stayed there five days and were really satisfied with the hotel. The staff helped us with everything, our room and the restaurant were clean and well maintained. Any problems we had got solved immediately. As a westerner going out on the street especially at late hours was risky. We got harrased, shouted at quite often and once even got followed by some creepy person. We found it a lot safer ro order the taxi and stay near the building with the security who were always really helpful. 」

「Spent a romantic weekend in Nairobi with my partner, and this apartment was the perfect choice. The apartment has modern decor, comfortable bedding, and great balcony views. In the evenings, we could enjoy candlelight dinners at nearby Kalamata restaurant with wonderful atmosphere. Exploring the city during the day was convenient, and we could return to enjoy private space in the apartment. Front desk also arranged airport transfer service for us - very thoughtful.」

「service is good, location is good only the downside is the road outside hotel aint smooth its like taking free massage in and out of hotel but i assume the price will reflect to the road condition once its fixed overall a well recommended stay」
