「Check in late and stayed only for 3hours. Had to catch a flight. Can’t get myself to touch the blanket- got spider sitting on it when I turned on the lights. No lights in vanity/wash sink section. Website pictures of the room are very misleading. Very old, moldy corner, sink not wiped down, clothes storage area all scratch/dirty, cabinet/sink rims are lined with dirt. Just wash face and feet. Didn’t use the bed. Checked in 11pm, got only a key-check in lady can’t speak English? Left at ...

「The property makes you leave a cash deposit, they won't just hold it on your credit card. I asked for ice for my room, they said they don't have it. I asked for a fan for my room, they said they didn't have it. I asked for a king-size bed, they gave me two twins. When I pushed the two twins together, I found dirty cigarette butts and trash. 「Beautiful view and reasonable price, but terrible service and cleanliness. The bathroom tiles and floors were black and poorly cleaned. The staff was unprofessional and rude. At checkout, they bluntly demanded I wait 5 minutes without any explanation. Later, I found out it was for a room inspection for the deposit. Communication was awful.」

「The apartment is very well appointed, full kitchen and dining rooms, very classy finishes. We had a 2 bedroom apartment, which is really a 3 bedroom and they lock the door to one of the rooms, which has ensuite bathrooms for each bedroom. 「Villa環境一流，裝修都好新，屋整體都乾淨，不過響樓上廁所發現有2隻曱甴。屋入面其中一個風筒有問題，一開就有火花，同職員講但冇理會。住係冇問題，我住左兩日，經常都會有人隨時入屋，明明冇約時間食早餐，9點有個男人開門入黎話接你，轉頭又有人開門補水，又話補廁紙，總之成日都有人自出自入，好冇私隱。」
