"The place was ok, but details said breakfast was included which it wasn’t. When we asked the host he said the 2 dry packs of noodles was “breakfast”. No staff on site most of the day, no housekeeping or toilet paper refills. Room was clean at least and had free laundry machine upstairs, but took several cycles to get dry completely. Not very convenient area and difficult to walk around nearby. "

"Amazing location in the middle of town, but there is construction next door, causing noise all day. It is a basic and nice room with strong ac, and the staff was very patient and helpful"

"Provide good services"

"A little quiet homestay situated in good location in HaNoi"

"Great small room close everything but not noisy at all. Great facilities having a washing machine and kitchen area"

"Great location💪👍"

" I would give it 2 stars. Slept with the furniture and my luggage pushed against the door and worried about my stuff when I went out. Nothing happened so perhaps I was paranoid and it's an interesting neighborhood, very:"authentically Vietnamese " as they say. I thought about staying longer, but that seemed silly,...

"Staff are really friendly and willing to assist with bags. There is no elevator access but they use a very neat bag lift to bring the bags up to the floor, this lift can support standard suite cases. Rooms are clean and have cooling, bathroom are wet room style with toilet paper needing to be disposed of using the provided bins Overall the price and the friendly staff made this a very enjoyable experience."
