"The room was exactly as described and the area of Kameari is beautiful and very friendly. There are plenty of restaurants, kombini's and even a mall and train station within walking distance. My only complaint about the room as an American is the bed and pillows being too hard for my comfort. I had to add an extra mattress pad for my preference. "Where should I begin… their customer service was fantastic. Quick responses for questions. Amazing support for my needs. Beautiful hotel, clean rooms, phenomenal kabuki decorations, superb foods… and amazing estheticians skin care… I just have to come back for more!"

"The hotel is old but the rooms are spacious. The airport and town shuttles are convenient but can get crowded at certain times of the day. The restaurant was never open the whole 3 nights of our stay. The AC is controller is attached to the nightstand, which can be confusing because there is a thermostat on the wall. Also, the shower seems to not drain very well."

"We were delayed at Narita 24 hours due to a Typhoon. We stayed at a Narita airport hotel the night earlier which was fine, but needed to move to ANA due to no room at the other hotel. ANA right from the check in process to the check out process was excellent!! We had our two young kids with us, and were a bit tired and hungry. The front desk manager who checked us in had our bags taken to our room, and we were able to check in early and enjoy a nice lunch at their lobby restaurant. Again, everyone was super friendly at the restaurant and food was excellent. That evening, we spoiled ourselves with their delicious tempanyaki restaurant on the 17th floor. Again, excellent food, service and the view was amazing. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable, some of the best pillows we have had in Japan (not a fan of Japanese pillows). To top it off, we were granted a late check out time for our 6pm flight back to Canada. So thankful to have had a very restful and relaxing 24 hour extension at ANA. Well done to their whole team."
