"This hotel was ok at best. The pool didn't open until 2 pm, it's not close to anything other than the airport. The rooms are hot as can be and the breakfast buffet was decent. Unless you have an early flight and want to be near the airport, I would skip staying here."

"Walkable from Terminal 3 if the weather's nice and you want to get some steps. The shuttle is convenient too, meeting timetables even when packed. The room was relativly spacious, nice and quiet, and even had a view. The breakfast was basic but appreciated. I only wished fresh milk was available."

"Very nice staff and they were always helpful. The hotel location was excellent. We didn’t eat at the hotel although the breakfast food looked great. We don’t eat big breakfasts, though. The room was clean and nice. The coffee machine was excellent, too! We enjoyed seeing the Skytree Tower from the lobby and by the elevators. Laundry machines were convenient although in high demand. "

"We just stayed here and really enjoyed it. It is so close to Senso-ji and convenient. The staff are AMAZING. We asked for a taxi to a train station so we can make it to the airport and not only were they so willing to help, the one staff member wrote down a note for the taxi driver to take us to a train station entry with an elevator for all our luggage. Really appreciated that level or detail and kindness. Definitely recommend! "
