"We were initially shocked by how small the room is. However, we soon started to enjoy how things work out amazingly well in a nice and neat way. Everything is clean and conveniently organized for shared use, including the wash rooms, the kitchen, the lobby. Umbrellas are provided in case of rain. The location is so convenient, 5 mins away from the subway station, and <10 mins away from the huge Solamachi shopping center. But the neighborhood itself is quiet and very safe. Last but not the least, the Ocica staffs are always friendly and willing to help. Thank you Ocica!"

"They charge for additional towels. Booked room for 4 people, they provided towels for 2 people and said there is a charge for 2 more towels. Breakfast - free but very limited Facility - ok rooms, though small in size. "The location of the Richmond Hotel is superb. It has a Uniqlo right in front, it's located next to Hoppy street, with many restaurants and small bars, and just a short walk away from Senso-ji Temple. Rooms are comfortable and clean. There's a nice restaurant in the lobby. They have washing machines. "
