"Good location, late night food only available at the food court which was only half open with Chinese cuisine only, check in was efficient, room was very good. After morning checkout we proceeded to the Canada Line train. The escalator was inoperable so we had to use the stairs with two small backpacks and one large heavy suitcase. As 80 year old seniors with some physical limitations, the stairs were a significant but surmountable obstacle with some effort. Not fun!"

"This is an adequate hotel, rooms are clean but some small touches would improve it, shower curtain liner smelled like BO, towels have very little life left in them, and bathroom sink didn’t drain. Best part of the hotel is the breakfast, I will say they provide more breakfast here than I see at most hotels like this, things I’m picky about, why do mini fridges always make noise when you are sleeping, how come hot food at breakfast is barely warm, it’s almost like there is a hotel training course that says no one like hot food and hey make sure the towels are only big enough for 6 year olds."

"Best place to stay if flying out of Vancouver and you’re out of town. Always call the hotel direct to get car parking while away. Better than any other park and fly if you need a hotel. Transport to YVR both ways included. "

"Thehotel, which we stayed at 3 weeks previously, was clean , the staff helpful and friendly. However, on our previous visit, they had a nice restaurant and bar. This was closed days before our arrival with no notice to us. Apparently, there was an issue with new management and ao the restaurant was closed. It would have been nice to be advised of that before we arrived after 24 hrs on airplanes in transit!"
