「We had a lovely stay at this property. What really stood out to us were the amazing staff, who went above and beyond to make sure that we had a lovely stay and trip to Crans-Montana. They were so wonderful in helping to make dinner reservations, suggest hiking trails, provide maps, and call taxis. If you are visiting during the summer, please note that there is no air conditioning at this hotel, but they do provide fans.」

「Overall very good, very good breakfast and service. It is a good hotel for an average price. But no air conditiong during summer time, room is very moist and smells of leather. Good Wi-fi too, and very comfortable. Surronding areas would be better in the winter time.」

「Das Personal ist äusserst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Gute Parkmöglichkeit. Das kleine Zimmer zur Strassenseite ist eher durchschnittlich. Die Lounge und das Restaurant haben eine super Aussicht mit den Panoramafenstern. Wir kommen gerne wieder.」
