「When we arrived at the hotel we were told that they had not received payment from hotels.com. We could only check-in after paying again. Since we were tired after a long journey we paid for the room again. Now we a struggling to get a refund. The room was great. A bit noisy because it was next to a busy road with heavy trucks passing late at night. Staff are very friendly and helpful. 」

「Room were in a good condition except for when it rained the bathroom was flooded with water abit . Gate assistance for opening and closing was a challenge as land and mobile numbers remained unanswered as well as gate intercom . Maybe they should alert guests when functions are being held as the one night we were unable to sleep due to noise levels :-( .... Over rall the room was clean , beds lovely size and jacuzzi a nice feature , breakfast was absolutely brilliant - good service. 」

「You as Hotels.com you are selling us fake things. No breakfast and the room is not what you show us. The nest saying that they are not in business with you. You're charging us more than what they want it means you Hotels.com are scammers you should stop this nonsense your doing. I can simply tell all south African and everyone not to use your side for any bookings. 」

「The guest house is central which is nice. The kitchen was not well equipped and very old. The guest house also host students form a nearby collage, which was unexpected and a little noisy.」
