"Alberobello is a uniquely beautiful, magical place, so just being there was a privilege, and made everything (substandard) else look irrelevant. We completely forgot the always disparate standards between US and European service, which were present again in this magical place, everywhere --inattentive, forgetful, self-absorved, service is the norm all over Europe. That said, the host checked us in fast, and gave us an unexpected upgrade to a larger trullo (unnecessary, given we'd be staying only one night). He also gave us a good explanation of the area and recommendations. The trullo was clean and cool, but it was noisy and the shower had no pressure. Breakfast the next morning was not good, but the important thing is that we lived an experience everyone should live at least once."

"A little hotel just a few minutes walk away from the centre of Alberobello. Very clean and well kept with a lovely continental breakfast with good coffee. The staff were all very helpful and friendly, lending us a charger when ours broke and making some great recommendations about local restaurants."

"First and foremost the family that works the property is so helpful and trat you as family. Then the property is spacious, modern, clean and is everything you wish for in a stay . We stayed one night but explore the all the exotic walk of this town and this property is just a couple blocks from all that unique beauty. Thank you guys."

"A Magical Step Back in Time – Perfect Trulli Stay! My stay at the Palazzo Scotto Widespread Collection in Alberobello was nothing short of enchanting. We had the incredible opportunity to stay in one of the iconic Trulli houses, and it truly felt like being transported back in time. The conical stone roofs, the thick whitewashed walls, and the intimate, cozy atmosphere made for an unforgettable experience. It’s one thing to see these UNESCO World Heritage sites in photos, but quite another to actually live inside one, it was absolutely magical. The location was absolutely perfect. Nestled right in the heart of Alberobello, we were steps away from the charming streets, local shops, and panoramic viewpoints, yet the Trulli itself felt peaceful and private. It was the ideal base for exploring the town, especially at sunrise and sunset when the crowds thinned out and the area felt truly timeless. The check-in process was incredibly seamless and stress-free. The staff were welcoming, professional, and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. They provided clear directions, helpful local tips, and ensured we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. If you’re looking for an authentic Puglian experience, I cannot recommend Palazzo Scotto enough. Staying in a Trulli house here is a dream come true a perfect blend of history, charm, and hospitality. We will definitely be"
