Reserva paga no site mas o hotel não tinha vaga
Cheguei no hotel com a minha reserva já paga , fui surpreendida pq não tinha disponibilidade solicitei para eles que fizesse cancelamento informando ao expedia , o hotel informou que o sistema deles estava fora do ar , e agora como vou receber o meu dinheiro de volta? Achei um absurdo visivelmente falta de profissionalismo espero que resolvam o mais rápido possível

Minidepartamento funcional.
El alojamiento estuvo muy bueno, cómodo, como si estuviera en mi casa, con un comedor, una cocina donde calentar alimentos, ademas de un microondas y una nevera donde conservar y enfriar bebidas, que pueden hacer el viaje confortable al visitante y un cuarto de baño con agua caliente.La habitación igualmente, con una cama de 2 plazas, Un armario donde colocar el equipaje, más tv por cable para disfrutar de los programas. Si debiera volver a Trujillo, me volvería a hospedar con The Florian's B&B.
