Great hotel, with private parking. Good breakfast, comfy bed and excellent shower. The hotel is very well placed for visiting the castle etc and lots of restaurants/ cafes in the immediate area.

The hotel was so close to the main square and Trujillo is a walkable town. The staff were really helpful especially when a few issues become apparent. The hotel is very old and the atmosphere of Trujillo was interrupted by the appearance of Masterchef in the main square. I would definitely stay here again. Just sitting in a cafe in the main square is a wonderful experience.

The Hotel was excellent, but parking is up through some very narrow streets and was full so had to go through thr old town to the public car park. The Hotel though is brilliant, clean, great pool, fantastic views of the castle and next to the town square with some excellent restaurants. The location is great to explore the town and cannot fault the location or the hotel. We had a great time and navigating the old streets was interesting. Get directions if you are driving before you go.

Property is very nice. Comfortable beds and complementary coffee and water. Parking is on site, but not so easy when you leave you have to go around the town to get back to the hotel. Staff is amazing!

Ok’ish

First off, we opted for parking at the Hotel which is located at the top of Trujillo. Driving through streets the width of a Gnat’s eyelid in a RHD Land Rover is not for the feint hearted. Lots of one-way streets, some of which we had to fold the wing mirrors in. Once parked, one needed the navigation skills of a Dakar Rally driver to locate the Reception. Very steep metal steps and two lifts meant by the time we found it, we were sweating buckets. Once checked it, we found the Hotel to be very good - clean and well managed. However, no bar and no restaurant meant we had to venture out for food. The swimming pool was nice but small. Our room was acceptable - clean, comfortable bed, and a good size.

Excellent location, service and accommodations. The breakfast was nice. This was my second time staying at this property, and I enjoy their service and the continuity of staff. The hotel is an old Castle that has been modernized for the use of a hotel, and it is simply wonderful, which adds to the experience. They have onsite parking, and have an overflow lot at the top of the hill. Make sure and follow the parking directions given by the hotel, to use the right address, or be very observant and follow the signs, because blindly following GPS could have you on the very narrow streets at the top of the hill, which is not for the faint of heart. I had no complaints and highly recommend this hotel. Be well!

Is a beautiful amazing 1600 building however the hotel is rundown, Air Conditioning was not working, old towels and linens dusty rooms Eurostar needs to make some investment and maintain the property very disappointed we stayed at room 213 and it was awful

Beautiful place to stay. The surrounding area is spectacular. The room was quiet, clean, comfortable and nicely appointed. My only problem was the parking and the driving. The very narrow roads were scary in the rental SUV I was driving. Wasn't sure I could get back down the next morning. Otherwise, this was a wonderful experience.
