Room comfortable, although the steps down to the bathroom were a poor design. Location excellent. Staff friendly and helpful. Was able to park out front (low season). Dining was limited to eating in the bar; would have preferred full restaurant. I would definitely stay here again.

Parking was really good and secure. Breakfast I had to ask for top up as things ran out way before breakfast was finished (45 mins before)

Smartappart Troyes
The wifi doesn't work. There is no elevator and it's really hard to move our stuffs up to the 3rd floor. But the location is very good as well as the room is quite good.
