「Our experience was decent. Food was good and the beach was lovely. Staff was very friendly and helpful, albeit management needs improvement as the resort was lacking in amenities that should be offered at a 4+ star level. For a “luxury resort” we expect basic room amenities like body lotion and conditioner, both of which were absent. This is not typical in our past Grecotel experiences. Onsite parking, bellman for luggage and they will even park your car! The rooftop restaurant for breakfast was excellent and the rooftop turns into a bar restaurant at night and the food was superb! A must stay in Patras! Yamas for an excellent experience!」

We had a lovely room with a sea view which was a wee bit noisy as it faced on to a busy boulevard but we slept well nevertheless . This hotel is ideally located for access to the port .」

From check in to check out everything was horrible experience. As we arrived there was large group of teenage students checking in, around 40 people so it took a while in the queue outside under the rain as they did not fit in the reception area.
