Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Silver Beach Hotel. C’est un hôtel à taille humaine, ce qui lui donne une atmosphère conviviale et chaleureuse. Le personnel est vraiment adorable : toujours souriant, attentionné et sympathique, que ce soit à l’accueil, au service en salle ou encore le personnel de ménage, tous contribuent à rendre le séjour très agréable. Mention spéciale à la cuisinière, non seulement pour sa gentillesse, mais aussi pour la qualité des plats proposés : une cuisine savoureuse et généreuse, avec des saveurs locales très appréciées. La masseuse à aussi été très appréciée, vous pouvez lui rendre visite, vous ne serez pas déçu. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est aussi un bon point : au calme, avec un accès direct à la plage. Même si cette plage est parfois un peu venteuse, il suffit de marcher 5 minutes pour trouver une autre plage superbe, abritée du vent, parfaite pour la baignade et le snorkeling. En résumé, un endroit simple mais plein de charme, où l’on se sent bien grâce à une équipe formidable et une ambiance détendue. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Ótima pedida. A comida é excelente! O chef se superou. Pesquei um atum e ele fez sem qualquer custo. Os quartos são simples, mas a praia é ótima e as cadeiras de praia bem confortáveis. A bebida é um pouco ruim, mas levei um whisky e providenciaram o gelo prontamente. Muito gentis. Voltaria

Wir haben vor unserer Reise nach Mauritius viele Bewertungen gelesen und waren erst mal von den negativen Bewertungen skeptisch, ob dies das richtige Hotel sei. Aufgrund der "teilweise" negativen Bewertungen, überlegten wir sogar eine Umbuchung in ein anderes Hotel. Letztendlich blieben wir bei diesem Hotel und bereuten dies nicht. Es sollte jedem klar sein, das dies ein 3 Sterne Hotel ist und wirklich alles vorhanden ist was der Mensch heutzutage braucht. Wer auf der Suche nach einem normalen Hotel auf Mauritius ist, einfach entspannen will, auf Animation keinen Wert legt, lange Spaziergänge mit seinem Partner am Strand mag, gutes Essen, usw... ist hier gut aufgehoben. Wir hatten schöne 2 Wochen in diesem Hotel.

Pieni hotelli on varsin sympaattinen ja henkilökunta todella herttaista. Sijainti on hieman surkea, hotellin ympärillä ei ole juurikaan mitään. Varsinkin sateisella säällä aika käy pitkäksi ja seinät tuntuvat kaatuvan päälle. Iso miinus siitä, ettei huoneissa ole internet-yhteyttä ja yleisissä tiloissakin yhteys on heikko. Aamiainen oli hieman heikko, mutta lounaat ja illalliset olivat hyvät ja monipuoliset. Vihasin ja rakastin tätä hotellivierailua, en voi täysin sydämin suositella, mutten toisaalta haukkuakaan. Se on kokemus.

A small hotel so you have quick contact to other people—but there is no good beach and no Entertainment. There is not much choice at the buffet and on some evenings they offer a set menue and there the staff is overwhelmed.

Pro: Lage am wunderschönen Strand, Mitarbeiter sind super. Uns wurde bei jeder Anfrage geholfen und alle sind absolut freundlich und um die Gäste bemüht. Absolutes Highlight: zu unserem 5. Hochzeitstag haben wir extra dekortierten Tisch, eine Torte und ein Ständchen inkl. persönlicher Ansprache bekommen. Absolut lobenswert, dass das Hotel sich die Mühe gemacht hat. Direkt gegenüber ist ein Taxistand. Kein aufdringliches Unterhaltungsprogramm. Nahezu keine Strandverkäufer. Ausflüge lieber über die Rezeption oder eigenen Reiseveranstalter buchen. Da Leute am Strand wohl "abgezockt" wurden. Haben wir selbst mitbekommen und auch das Hotel warnt davor. All inclusiv Getränke ausreichend und von guter Qualität. Papierstrohhalme-super!! Ausreichend Liegen aber eher zu wenig Schirme. Fähre nach ile aux cerfs fussläufig erreichbar. Contra: Essen zwar gut aber wir hätten uns etwas mehr Abwechslung gewünscht. Das Hotel und die Ausstattung ist eher "rustikal" also schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber.

Vacker strand och trevligt

Trevligt hotell i prisklassen. God mat o trevlig personal. Ligger vackert vid mycket fin strand, promenera runt och ca 400 m bort ligger ett fint rev att snorkla vid. Hotellet är inte så jättemodernt men ligger bra på vackra östra kusten och nära många sevärdheter.

Wireless connection very bad, during our stay was still raining and very windy although at west side of the island was still sunny with high temperatures. So we decided for rest of our stay rent a car and travel every day away. Food and beverages very good, all inclusive great choice. Staff friendly and helpful, evening program suitable sooner for older people. Room small with lot of lizards on the walls and only one small window in shower room even without net, to let it open for all the time, because otherwise there is moisture in the room. I was awaiting more out of all inclusive hotel. If youre older or want to use hotel only for eating options and rest of the day travel, then its good choice, but otherwise i would recommend to find rather any different place on the island.

Trevligt och prisvärt

Ett hotell i lugnt läge med mycket bra mat. Att hotellet inte är alltför stort ökade trivseln. Helt ok rum med balkong och havsutsikt. Trevlig personal med bra service och skickliga kockar. Det var olika teman på maten varje dag, vilket gjorde den omväxlande. Fin lång sandstrand med bra bad och promenader. Även hyfsad snorkling en liten bit bort. Wifi i allmänna utrymmen funkade bra men inte på rummet. Städningen av rummet var ok men kunde ha varit något bättre. Vi återkommer gärna till detta hotell.

A good place to discover

Our experience was really nice, service provided was high standard, staff was quite pleasant, professional and promoted positive interactions. Spaces were impeccable clean, all necessary commodities were in place, room was spacious. We can say that structure and decor could benefit from an upgrade, but that would be the only thing to consider. Food, environment and professional posture are really top notch. We would leave the room and we would be swimming in the sea after 2 minutes, it’s quite lovely. We would highly recommend this hotel, was a jolly good experience.

It’s not a bad place, it’s just THE little things

Beach lovely but not bathable. No WiFi in rooms and then when you do get it, it drops. I had to request router reset 3 times in 4 days. Food not bad, entertainment okay, drinks 🍸 okay
