Costumer service was lacking, to put it mildly. Let’s start with, the pictures on this site look nothing like where we stayed. We had a very terrible experience due to maintenance issues and customer service. The smoke detectors low battery alarm went off at 2 am and customer service made us feel as if they didn’t care because it was the weekend and there wasn’t much they could do about it. The smoke detector was still going off when we returned to the hotel about 2:30 PM that afternoon. The cleaning crew were the only people who seem to be helpful at this hotel. They helped remove the smoke detector so that we could take a nap after being out for hours and then enjoy the rest of our vacation. Had they been willing to let us change rooms or cancel our reservation we would have gladly. Had there been somewhere else to stay? We would’ve left gladly and wasted money on the night so we’d already paid for. I would avoid staying here at all costs.

This is a very old, run down motel. The room was dirty, microwave had exploded food in it, bathroom was dirty, carpet was so stained we kept socks on to walk around. Shower did not drain. The hairdryer was hard wired to the GFI so to use the outlet for a hair straightener, the hairdryer on the wall would go at the same time, but only on high. No way to turn it off without shutting off the entire outlet.

The lobby was dirty. The room had light bulbs that were out . No soap . Laundry area was dirty and most machines out of order. The location was good for Bryce NP

Great restaurant next door

The room was ok. We took showers in the evening without any issues. In the morning, I ran the hot water for a spell but didn't get hot water. Don't know what that was about. The ice maker was broken. They didn't have any soap in the room or at the front desk. Breakfast included bagels (Thomas's) which was a nice break from the usual waffles. The restaurant next door was fantastic.

Our stay was OK. The towels felt cheap. The shower/toilet room was very cramped. The ice machine was broken. The breakfast was average. My biggest concern is the lack for environmental awareness. Use of individual plastic bottles rather than dispensers in the shower increase waste and use, since once a bottle is opened it is thrown away even if there is unused shampoo. Using styrofoam in the breakfast area is irresponsible since there are many paper products that are more easily composted or will breakdown in landfills.

Das Positive war, dass das Bett groß und sauber war und das WLAN funktionierte. Ansonsten könnte man das Zimmer als baufällig bezeichnen. Die Handtuchhalterung im Bad fällt beim Ansehen aus der Halterung, der Wasserhahn hat seine beste Zeit schon lange hinter sich und sitzt bedenklich locker und der TV hat nicht funktioniert. Der Kühlschrank macht Geräusche, als wolle er gleich zum Mond starten.

The lobby was closed when we arrived so we had to wait until 3:00 to check in. I had to wait while the woman at the front desk was on the phone with personal business. The first room we were given was missing a smoke detector. The desk chair was broken. The next room we were given had a smoke detector but lights that had burned out in some of the fixtures. The carpet was dirty. We stayed one night and left. The beds were very comfortable but I think the facility needs a major overhaul.

Nice basic motel in a great location very close to Bryce Canyon NP. Room was spacious and clean. Office is only open part of the day, which was a bit inconvenient, but the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Decent restaurant and market adjacent to the motel. Wifi was unreliable.

Parking felt safe, but unlit. There’s an awesome coffee shop a few blocks away. The carpet and shower in the room was dirty and our towel rack broke. The staff was helpful and nice. Room smelled like dogs and urine.

They didn't tell me closed at 8:00 pm. I arrived at 9:00pm, they just taped the envelope with the key card on the door. It's no problem just I come late.
