「They didn't provide room there saying it's already fully booked. Then they given room in a nearby lodge which is totally sub standard even their tab water is dirty and smelly.
They also told that they have no tie up with Expedia and their room tariff was only Rs. 3500 (with breakfast). While Expedia charged Rs. 7800 for the the same.
It is totally unfair from Expedia.com side, they should make partial refund for this..」

「Totally overpriced we paid $1500/night, should have been max $300/night. They claim they are a 5-star hotel but this is a 3 star place at best. I can’t comprehend that this place is a Taj collection hotel. We have stayed at many and there is NO comparison with Taj Gangtey and other 5 stars Taj hotels we have stay at. Don’t book.」
