This was my first time in Croatia and I absolutely fell in love with the country, specifically this hotel. I felt very safe and well taken care of by the staff. I loved that the beach was right across from the hotel and a short uber ride from the airport. I had dinner here my first night and it was absolutely delicious! Will be staying here again!

The most beautiful property with stunning views! Dinner was exceptional and our waiter was wonderful! Local food straight from their garden and sea! Our room had a comfy bed and clean bathroom, balcony with an ocean view and ac that worked so well we ended up turning it off as the room stayed nice and cold! Beach is right across from the property, was not crowded and the sunset was unbelievable! To top it off, the staff were the nicest caring people I had encountered on our entire trip! 10/10, I truly hope to be back! Love all the way from Canada!!

This was my second time staying here and I honestly can't say enough good things about it.. Great location and 1 min walk from Shop and Pharmacy, just across the road from a few little beach access areas. The rooms are very clean and comfortable with balcony. The out door area restaurant is Fab with beautiful views and the food absolutely second to none. ... What really makes this place is the people who run it. They are absolutely amazing, so so kind, friendly and helpful. We were leaving early and there were packed lunches left on the reception desk for us ❤️ if visiting Trogir this place is a must. It's a real Gem

This was a nice hotel. Breakfast was great and paying extra for the balcony was well worth it. The location is walkable from Trogir - it’s flat but in the heat you need plenty of water. Parking is good and there are many bars and restaurants nearby however the hotel restaurant is also very good. Air con worked well Fridge was useful

Amazing beach front, family run property. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are clean and many rooms are facing ocean. Breakfast spread was also good. You can step out if hotel into Adriatic coast! Trogair old town is also near by. Plenty of parking.

One of those reviews you're excited to write about as soon as you leave [didn't want to leave but I had to...]! What a beautiful hotel, restaurant and location! We had a balcony facing the water and it was special waking up in the morning to the view and having a balcony to really take it in. The beaches were so quaint and relaxing along the whole coast and it was so easy getting into Trogir from there too! From the moment we arrived we were greeted by the really kind owner of this beautiful place, she made sure we were comfortable and ready to relax! We reserved a table for dinner at the restaurant and it was amazing, the food, drinks and service were hands down some of the best while we travelled Croatia for 10 days! We still think about the octopus carpaccio and fish dishes we ordered! Breakfast was beautifully presented and had so many different options of fresh foods. Everything is made in house! It felt so safe and like home at this hotel, it was our favourite stay and one we will never forget. Thank you Ivanka and staff, we wish you all the best always! - Kelly from Canada :)

The staff and location are the real stars here. They were fantastic. It's a very cute property, and the restaurant is lovely. The food is excellent. You can swim right across the street, and there's a great beach 50 feet away. I think the biggest issue is that it's a bit dated and doesn't have an elevator, so be prepared to carry bags up several floors. Karlo did help me with our bags, so there should be someone to help out. I also found the shower tight and a bit small, but I see that all over the EU.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Vila Tina. We loved the view of the sea and beyond from our large balcony just across the street. The staff and owners were so friendly and the restaurant offered an extensive dinner menu and a wide variety of delicious breakfast items for enjoyment inside or out on their large, covered terrace. The room had ample space for two (plus our luggage) with a very comfortable bed and pillows and quiet air conditioning. We noted that all spaces on the property were spotlessly clean. Would highly recommend:)

Villa Tina was such a great find! The location is excellent, only about 15 minutes from Split Airport. One important thing to know is that the hotel is not actually in Split. I booked it for one night because we needed somewhere convenient to stay before our boat trip, but I would absolutely come back and stay longer. The first thing that impressed me was how incredibly clean everything was. The place was squeaky clean—I was honestly in awe! There is a restaurant right on site, and we had fresh-caught fish for dinner, which was excellent. Breakfast was included and there was plenty to choose from. What really makes this hotel special, though, is the location. The sea is literally across the street! There’s a ladder where you can get directly into the water and plenty of space to lie down, relax, and enjoy the beautiful view. There are also places nearby where you can rent chairs for sunbathing. A grocery store and pharmacy are within walking distance, and you can even rent a small scooter right across the street. I originally chose Villa Tina simply because it was convenient for the airport and our boat trip, but it ended up being a place I would happily return to for an actual stay. Clean, comfortable, convenient, and steps from the sea—highly recommend!
