He really made the mornings even more enjoyable. The rest of the staff were fantastic as well. Everyone at reception, the housekeeping team, the gate/security staff, and all the other employees I met were...

「We had a relaxing stay overall. Our room was spacious and comfortable, the beach was lovely. However, recurring issues with communication, follow-through and attention to detail affected our experience. On arrival, the robe was dirty and a few items had been left by previous guests.
