Due passi dal mare

Appartamento situato a poca distanza dal mare, una breve passeggiata consente di raggiungere la Spiagga Longa e tutti i servizi di Isola Rossa. Si accede da una via tranquilla, da un ingresso indipendente con davanti sempre disponibili parcheggi. Camera da letto un po’ piccola (ci è entrato a malapena il lettino da campeggio della bimba). Comoda la terrazza vista mare per consumare i pasti in casa. Qualche rifinitura in più e sarebbe perfetto. Una padella di diametro 22 cm, qualche pentola e tazza da cereali, il piatto doccia più grande, un paio di sedie in più nella terrazza, dei mobili da esterno all’ingresso (qualche pianta fiorita ci starebbe bene). Buona l’accoglienza del team dell’agenzia che ci ha indicato i luoghi più importanti di Isola Rossa e le spiagge vicine.

Nasa vysnivana dovolenka bola pre nas sklamanim

S apartmanom, ktory sme si vybrali sme boli celkovo spokojni, avsak nas pobyt zneprijemnilo niekolko nedostatkov ako tvrdy nepohodlny vankus, v manzelskej posteli len jedna obrovska tazka deka, 1jediny hrniec na varenie, nefunkcna zlomena varecha, v skrini malo vesiakov, myslim si, ze 5 vesiakov na 4 osoby je nepostacujucich! Boli sme vsak velmi sklamani z celkovej necistoty v celom stredisku Isola rossa, vsade boli odpadky, smeti, necistota, v mori aj na plazi tiez, co vsak bolo uplne najhorsie, je, ze na plazi chybala verejna sprcha, co velmi pokazilo nas celkovy komfort a dojem z dovolenky. Urcite by sme sa sem uz nevratili a ani by sme toto stredisko neodporucali nikomu.

Bel residence a 2 passi dal mare

E' stata una bellissima vacanza: Il residence é a pochissimi metri dalle spiagge (splendide!) di Isola Rossa, piccolo borgo che però è dotato di tutto: bar, ristoranti, supermercati, farmacia, negozi.... Il residence ha tutto quello che mi serve in vacanza; un posto auto coperto, un balcone dove poter mangiare o stendere il bucato (alcuni appartamenti hanno la lavatrice), la cucina attrezzata (c'era anche il microonde), una camera matrimoniale, un divano letto e il bagno con la doccia. Non ci serviva altro. Tutte le comodità di casa ma sul mare, e il mare della Sardegna è uno spettacolo!

Relaxing and beautiful

This is our favorite since a few years back. The apartments have what you need, clean and great service. The location is perfect since you have food, minor shopping and beaches within walking distance. Access to a car helps a little since there are even more beautiful beaches and great little towns just a short ride away.

Unser Apartment lag sehr nah am Meer. Das Dorf Isola Rossa ist total niedlich und hat tolle Buchten. Von dort konnten wir Olbia als auch Alghero in circa 90 Minuten erreichen. Das Team war super freundlich und hat uns auch nachts um halb eins sehr freundlich empfangen. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub und wir sind sehr zufrieden mit unserer Unterkunft.

Abbiamo scelto questa struttura per il prezzo particolarmente conveniente, e infatti non stiamo qui a lamentarci perchè di certo non ci aspettavamo una reggia. MA...fortunatamente non faceva eccessivamente caldo, altrimenti il "condizionamento" della stanza sarebbe stato affidato solamente ad un vecchissimo ventilatore portatile zozzo schifoso. Ad agosto inoltrato sarebbe stato un dramma. Lenzuola, asciugamani, non c'è niente di niente tranne un rotolo di carta igienica. Ci sono i piatti ma nessun genere di prima necessità (ma nemmeno una spugna per lavarli!) Insomma.....come casa non si può utilizzare se non acquistando tutto. Ma in generale la fascia di prezzo di queste tipologie di appartamenti hanno più o meno tutte queste caratteristiche. Per settembre...può andare.

Prima appartement. Groter dan we verwacht hadden.

Leuke accommodatie. Woonkamer, met keuken (inclusief koelkast, vriezer, fornuis, oven). Slaapkamer. Badkamer met douche. Balkon. Rustig gelegen, maar vlak bij het strand en de hoofdstraat (van het piepkleine dorpje). Wij waren dik tevreden/aangenaam verrast.

Nebenkosten für Bettwäsche u. Handtücher 15,- Euro pro Person, auch Kinder. Bei Wechsel abermals. Für die zweite Rolle WC Papier muss auch bezahlt werden, ebenso für Müllsäcke, TV nur mit italienischen Programmen. Im April Wohnung eiskalt, da keine Heizung. Ort mit schönen Stränden, aber abgelegen. Besser ein Hotel nehmen bei Gesamtkostenvergleich.

Nice apartment with sea view

Clean and nice apartment in small town. Apartment was good size for four adults. It had all necessary kitchen equipment as well as washing machine. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

Deceptive, substandard accommodation!

Never stay here! unless you are willing to sleep in a cave, or a box because their rooms are miniatures, some don't even have proper windows (have a ventilator only), and living rooms are a joke, u can't relax there in the evening after coming home exhausted by sun! Beds are those temporary sofa bed types, which are uncomfortable and noisy. Staff is icing on the cake! if you dare complain, they give you terrible snares, and instead of shouting at you they start shouting at each other - a great intimidating tactic! After first complaint, and that drama you never dare open your mouth again, in case they start beating you up!

Appartement propre et calme, mais avec le minimum, du moins lors de notre passage début novembre. La situation doit être différente l'été. Excellent rapport qualité-prix.
