After we had already checked in, the host changed the terms of the agreement and attempted to charge additional fees the following day. This was not disclosed prior to check-in and was due to their own mistake. As a result, we were forced to leave the property. Having to repack all our belongings and find another place to stay was a major inconvenience and a complete waste of our time. The host was not open to any negotiation or accountability despite the issue being caused by them. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience.

Hotel nuevo. En excelente estado. Con estacionamiento, pleno centro. Agua de piscina "climatizada" apenas sacado el frío. Y habitación de luxe si se quiere al frente, hay que avisar, raro..

Muy conveniente. Muy buena ubicación, amabilidad, todo muy prolijo. La piscina no la usamos porque todavía está frío pero se veía muy disfrutable para el verano. El desayuno muy completo.(sólo pediría que mejoraran el café)

Me gustó la ubicación y el trato. No me gustó que la habitación no tenía gorra de baño, y el secador se pelo estaba roto...Además tuvimos que pesir vasos porque tampoco había.

Dormimos apenas uma noite após um dia de parque , as camas são muito confortáveis , banheiro e chuveiro bons também . Recomendo e ficaria novamente neste hotel. Café da manhã também bastante satisfatório.

Correcto en general. Positivo: Buena limpieza y las camas cómodas. Negativo: La habitación nos quedó chica (40 CM entre la cama y la pared para pasar). A favor Tiene cochera. Muy buen desayuno.

comodidades que no son...

en las caracteristicas indica que tiene piscina y no la tienen habilitada, una de las funcionarias nos dijo a las 19 hs que estaba aboera hasta la 1 am y cuando consultamos en recepción nos dijeron que no, que no estaba habilitada.... En cuanto al descanso, se nos hizo imposible ya que habia mucho ruido y se extendio hasta largas horas de la madrugada. El desayuno, medio pelo, poca variedad. Estado y limpieza bien.
