Too big for its facilities and service
Waaay too big for the facilities and services it offers. Has only two restaurants to cater the entire huge hotel so be prepared to wait. Gym/spa is packed and the lockers thus often quite dirty. Staff at greeting was so friendly, patient and helpful. We stayed in the apartment and if we are ever fortunate to find ouselves in the area again would choose that option. The breakfast was very full of options! Our experience was so favorable we sought out a Thon property on our next stay!
