Hotel buen ubicado pero sorprendentemente sin parking. La habitación con muchísimo frío y no funcionaba el sistema de calefacción. No me han querido dar una factura al haber reservado a través de hoteles.com , cuando realmente están obligados a darme una factura por mi estancia.

Im neuen Stil: kühl und distanziert
Die Stadt Triest gefällt uns, aber das Hotel, das zur Zeit renoviert wird, ist sehr unpersönlich geworden. Unser Zimmer, ein komplett überholtes, wurde im nordisch kühlem Stil neu eingerichtet, ganz ohne Charme. Der Innenarchitekt dürfte auch wenig Sinn für das Praktische haben. Insgesamt scheint das Hotel hauptsächlich in Richtung Geschäftsreisende und Seminarveranstaltungen orientiert zu sein.

Under renovation - beware
Under renovation. paint tubs and equipment outside my room. Building is under an external and internal refurb. Didnt know, would have booked elsewhere.

Per visitare la città per quanto riguarda la posizione ci siamo trovati bene; la zona pedonale (e anche i mezzi di trasporto pubblico) sono facilmente raggiungibili camminando qualche minuto. Per quanto riguarda l’hotel ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Perfect location if you are embarking in Trieste. Walkable from the train station and walkable to the cruise ship terminal.

Disappointing
I have stayed in NH Hotels before so know what to expect: grey walls, grey carpets, grey doors but they are usually clean and comfortable. I got a very friendly welcome at check in and was given my room at 1pm. The hotel faces onto a busy road and it was difficult to sleep. The following morning, to start with my shower was only dispensing scalding hot water, then only cold water and finally no water. I reported this problem to reception but got no real response. The usual hotel guff about nobody having this problem previously. The breakfast is bad value at €14 with plastic ham, tasteless cheese and a poor selection of bread and pastries. There is better value a short walk away. On the positive side it is close to the train station and the city centre.

Ger 3 stjärnor till hotellet
Hotellet var bra, förutom att vattentillförseln var väldigt ojämn. Ibland nästan inget vatten, växlande mellan hett och kallt, missfärgat. Renovering av hotellet medförde vissa störningar. Men det blir nog fint! Och personalen var trevlig och serviceinriktad!

Ottimo hotel vicino al centro città. Si raggiungono molte attrazioni con una breve passeggiata. Stanza pulita e con tutto il necessario. Forse da rivedere la temperatura della stanza perché all'interno faceva veramente molto caldo. Per il resto nulla da segnalare.

Very old hotel poorly maintenane. By the advertising it look that there is a renovated rooms. We got verey poor room. It looked like everything is falling apart. The staff were not willing to help. Only one socket. The price does not worth it !!!

Don't go here
Chose this hotel because of the location (close to train station) and the pretty good rating. Lobby and staff was nice. Room was really old. Hardly anything from this century (carpet, bathroom, furniture was not renewed in at least 15 years). It smelled odd. I found several hairs that could not be mine. If you want a useable wifi connection you have to pay extra. Free wifi was so slow that I almost destroyed my device in frustration... This is not a 4 star hotel and you should not pay more than 100 € per night!
