Acomodações muito boas, localização excelente,próximo do centro com facilidade de deslocamento com ônibus,estação de trem há 10 minutos, estacionamento ao redor da praça Vitória a pagamento das 08:00 às 20h de 2 a sábado no domingo das14:30 às 20h.

Do not trust any good reviews for this property or accept to stay in room #2. There were things in this apartment that were broken, terribly stained, in disrepair, and not clean! We have pictures and videos of our check-in and Expedia and owner refuse refund or credit! Inmense amount of mold in washing machine and smelled terrible! Dirty dishes left in the dish washer. Dining table and counters not wiped down. Fridge was not clean with broken unusable shelves.There was hair everywhere! On the pull out couch, on and in the clean towels, in the shower that was already cleaned, and in the fridge. We could not utilize the toilet near the bedrooms as the tiles on the wall were broken and when you tried to sit, it would sink and make noise and couldn't handle even my toddlers weight. The other toilet is not broken but we only hovered and could not sit as it also moves when you try to sit on it. Sink in the bathroom near the rooms was backed up and not draining. The floors were still dirty! I swept the floors myself when we did not hear back from the property owners on my concerns. There were so many spiders, ants and mosquitoes throughout the apartment at check in. All the walls of the apartment were dirty, damaged and in need of painting. Couldn't use the air conditioner as smoke smell came through when we turned them on, not sure why. We do not smoke and have small children and was very uncomfortable. Wifi kept failing. My husband relied mostly on our own mobile and esim data.

The property is extremely poorly managed, neglected almost left to rot in dirt, insects all over the walls, alive or freshly smacked by guests, no AC no ventilations dirty linens. Unbelievable

Nydelig sted. Leiligheten var desverre veldig slitt. Løst belegg og fillete sofa. Sengen var hard og klumpete. Beliggenhet var veldig bra . Greit å finne parkering og kort vei til gamlebyen og spisesteder. Inngangen til Leiligheten var desverre feil merket så vi brukte litt til på å finne den. Den er neders på bygget på kortsiden. Ikke hoved døra som beskrevet i mail fra eier. Kontrakten var lang og komplisert og tok en evighet å fylle inn . Husk bank id. 😎 Den har apselutt sjarm og veldig praktisk Beliggenhet

Do not book this hotel!! This company is the worst accommodation company I have ever dealt with. We booked with them from Feb. 9 to 12th. When we arrived, there was no running water. We called them, as they have no front desk, and we were told they were aware of this and offered a refund if we didn't want to stay. Due to the hour of our arrival, we said we would stay the night but if it wasn't fixed the next day we would check out. In the morning we still had no water, we couldn't bathe, flush toilets or use any of the washer (which was the main reason we booked). Again we called, the person we spoke with said we had to go through hotels.com as that's who we booked with. I contacted them through their online chat where the agent I was chatting with called the hotel group, was told they were aware of the water and had no timeline for when it would be turned back on. They told the agent a refund would be provided. We checked out and booked elsewhere. 24 hours later we were sent an email from Hotels.com saying the hotel will not provide a refund per their cancellation policy. I have been back and forth with hotels.com and the company and they refused any kind of refund. Stay away from here. On top of this the room was dingy and stained. It was not very clean or comfortable.
