「Fantastic staff, starting with the super Cinzia and the amazing Daniele, the resort’s master chef. Our only regret is we couldn’t stay longer and experience Saturday pizza night. Palazzolo itself is lovely and you are just a 45 minute drive through the lovely countryside to such towns as Noto, Modica, Ragusa and Siracusa.」

「We rented a car and drove from Siracusa, with stops in surprisingly beautiful Noto and historic Modica before arriving in Ragusa, one of the most beautifully situated cities anywhere! I chose the Itria Palace due to it's location and with our having a car, parking was an issue. Right next to the hotel is a free public parking lot with plenty of spaces. And, there is a ramp to the hotel's lower entrance. We were housed in the hotel's annex located across the street, which is lovely, the rooms...

「Excellent stay in Ragusa Ibla. From the moment we arrived to when we left, everything was perfect! Staff were hospitable and helpful. Room was a good size with a big patio with view. Comfortable bed and bathroom. Easy to park on the street and take elevator to reception- but you do need to carry suitcases up a ramp. Then another elevator to street access and only a few steps to main square. Loved the hotel! 」

「Wonderful experience at this hotel which is in a renovated palazzo. The front desk staff were wonderful and friendly, especially Marisa who recommended the zucchini pizza at the restaurant around the block. The room was fine, very comfortable bed. The morning breakfast was laid out the grand ballroom and there were many options to choose from in the buffet. We felt very well cared for from start to finish. Our only regret was that we were just staying one night. We wish we could have stayed...
