Deve ser a terceira ou quarta vez que fico no hotel. Um dos elevadores fazia muito bararulho, o chuveiro estava com água norna pra frio , o banheiro masculino da recepção estava com aviso de não funcionamento.

Acomodação limpa e confortável, bem organizado, com lugar para guardar as roupas, mesa para trabalho, abajur, frigobar, chuveiro com bastante água, tv funcionando, muito bom , o que deixa a desejar é um estacionamento com rampa apertada que tem que ser pago a parte.

Equipe gentil e atenciosa. Quarto confortável e café da manhã excelente. Só a garagem que além de ser terceirizada e ter que ser paga a parte é muito estreita, risco grande de esbarrar o carro.

Check in demorado (outras pessoas reclamaram),estacionamento pago à parte e horroroso com passagem estreita para manobrar. Tanto que paredes estão riscadas e raladas. Mesma local de entrada e saída, difícil não ralar nas quinas na subida super íngreme oi descida. Café servido é bom mas sucos são bem artificiais. Estava cheio e não havia mesas para todos os hóspedes no salão. Funcionário enfiava dedos nos copos para transportá-los da cozinha até mesa do buffet (acho anti-higiênico). Na reserva informeinque quarto era para dois adultos e uma criança de nove anos, não informaram que hotel não dispõe de cama extra e usaram um sofá cama de espuma rígida. Minha neta reclamou de dor nas costas e disse que era ruim para dormir. Paguei por uma cama que não disponibilizam. Reclamei na recepção e funcionária culpou o site de reserva. Apesar do hotel ser bem localizado, quartos limpos e móveis novos, fiquei bastante chateada. Lá cliente não tem razão, culpam o site, a quantidade de hóspedes e etc.

Hotel bom.

O hotel é muito bom. O café da manhã era muito saboroso, com uma boa variedade, funcionários sempre atenciosos. Para mim dois pontos negativos do hotel foram a acústica - o hóspede do quarto ao lado conversava com alguém e parecia que estava no meu quarto, então até ele dormir (que foi tarde) tive barulho no meu quarto e o outro ponto era que a tv tinha embaixo dela o receptor do controle remoto com um led azul forte, para ficar ligado durante a noite, então tirei a tv da tomada para dormir. Cama e chuveiro muito bons.

Everything in the hotel was perfect. Only downside was the parking drive: the drive was so narrow, that I had to maneuver a couple of times everytime I had to park, and even then, I did bump my bumper on the side wall, ouch !!!

ao chegar no hotel não localizaram reserva e não souberam m orientar Fui constrangida a pagar de novo c cartão credito para poder m hospedar . Mesmo mostrando numero registro e as chamadas q fiz com os senhores não obitive solução . Tive q pedir q vcs entrassem contato para estornar o cartão . MUITO CHATO Depois por duas vezes não tinha mesa para tomar café da manha . tive que m revoltar e ir precariamente tomar café na recepção do hotel . Senti falta de um gestor pois numca tinha ninguém para RESOLVER

Não foi possível hospedar. Ao chegar na recepção fomos informados que o horário do check-in era somente a partir das 14h00 e ao questionar sobre minha observação feita no momento da reserva (horário de chegada as 10h00 e saída no mesmo dia) a recepcionista informou que não recebeu esta informação do Hoteis.com Como vocês processam um pagamento sem saber se o hotel atenderia meu pedido? Estou no aguardo do meu reembolso.

Estacionamento não “aceita” carro grande

O Hotel é bom porem ao reservar verifiquei, como sempre faço, se havia estacionamento e é citado que há com manobrista, qual a surpresa em chegar e ser orientada a colocar meu carro em outro estacionamento da rede um tanto quanto longe, para quem está com malas, por conta do tamanho do meu carro. Essa informação deveria ser citada no ato da reserva
