No indicaron que no contaban con terminal para ser el cobro, la habitación obscura sucia y con falta de mantenimiento. Para 4 adultos un sobre de shampoo, un mini jabón y 3 toallas desgastadas. El desayuno indicaron que era café y pan que no consumimos por la evidente falta de higiene.

Primero no está sellada la recepción & nadie se encuentra, por lo que tienes que ir a buscar al personal, quien te da las llaves no te dice dónde está tu habitación ni te lleva a ella, como no cuenta con teléfono si quieres alimentos o requieres algo tienes que salir a buscar a alguien, no te dan la contraseña del internet, la comida es limitada, el sabor es pésimo & a mi me tocó taza sucia, las toallas están muy sucias & al momento de salir no está nadie para que te reciba las llaves.
