「The location is perfect and we are in the middle of the busiest shopping area and the apartment is very spacious and clean, we enjoying the stay very much !」

「Breakfast was wonderful. We had dinner there and it was very good as well. The appartment was comfortable and clean. We had a frustrating commmunication issue because we called ahead to see if we could store our bags there ahead of our stay and we were told we could, but when we showed up with the bags, they wouldn't take them. It was disappointing to have to scramble to find another place to store our luggage on short notice.」

「Great deal in my package」

「Bad experience. We used the code provided by the hotel but cannot work. We waited for more than 15 minutes outside the apartment building in heavy rain. We found some other guests also try their code but also failed. We called and called but no body answer and other guests also tried to use their ways to contact but no reponse. No reception on duty. Really bad experience. Not easy for some people to do the self check-in machine. The email didn't tell very clear so some guest also...

「I really really love this hotel. This staff are super helpful, they helped me to call the taxi to the airport and with my luggages also. The room was very spacious and caused me to walk a long corridor inside the room haha! It was secured too. 」
