Beaucoup trop cher pour la qualité de cet hotel

La chambre et la salle de bains sont assez exiguës. De plus dans la salle de bain une ampoule clignotait et la chasse d'eau n'arrivait pas à se remplir ce qui posait un problème d'évacuation de la cuvette. Aucun support pour poser la valise. Je ne vois pas ce qui justifie 3 étoiles.

Abusé, Non rénové, Honteux de la part d’un groupe

Aussitot arrivés, nous sommes repartis. Nous n’y avons pas dormi. Chambre non rénovée, restée dans son jus des années 90’s. Bruit de chaudière dans la tuyauterie de la chambre, trous dans le sol à la jonction d’une cloison, araignées au plafond... piscine non accessible. Where is the Forest View??? Sérieux, vous abusez commercialement. C’est honteux. Nous sommes repartis et le personnel a fait un demande de remboursement compte tenu du mécontentement. A ce jour, je suis toujours débité, non remboursé. Ibis styles etant la marque premium, ce n’est pas a la hauteur du première classe du coin. En revanche, merci aux agents d’accueil soigneux et accueillants.

L'hotel en lui même est moyen plus. Par contre la restauration est scandaleusement mauvaise : j'ai diné 2 soirs le premier la viande etait immangeable, le second on annonce des oeufs mollés en entrée, en fait des oeufs durs durs, et le plat immangeable, je n'ai pas pu terminer

Hôtel vieillissant

Je suis allée à cet hôtel par depit, je n aime pas cet hôtel, il est très vieillissant, aucun rafraîchissement n a ete fait depuis des années, les chambres sont vieilles avec de la moquette douteuse, c est pas propre, il y a avait des moustiques, une grosse araignée, les chambres ne sont checkées. Trés déçue, la restauration est bonne.

Séjour qui ne sera pas renouvelé ....

Hôtel très moyen - Le 3 étoiles ne correspondent pas à ce type d'établissement. Accueil minimal - pour un 3 étoiles il n'y a pas de plateau de courtoisie à disposition, même pas une bouteille d'eau. En prenant la chambre, sur une patère de la porte de la SdB restait un vêtement de l'occupant précédent. Lorsque je l'ai déposé à l'accueil, même pas un mot d'excuse ! Le soir de mon arrivée, il y a le déclenchement de l'alarme incendie pendant 10 minutes ...... personne n'est venu informer et/ou donner des explications (visiblement c'était un déclenchement intempestif). Seul point positif, le petit déjeuner est bien. Néanmoins il a été surprenant que pour mes 2 petits déjeuner, personne ne soit venu me demander mon numéro de chambre ! Il faut dire qu'il n'y avait qu'une personne au service.....

Séjour agréable

Hôtel très agréable et calme, le personnel est extrêmement agréable, à l'écoute et serviable. On y mange très bien. Les chambres sont très confortables. Seul bémol le ménage laisse à désirer (poussière chambre et moisissures dans la salle de bain )et un conseil ne mettez pas d'eau de javel le vinaigre blanc est parfait, la moquette du couloir est très sale et tachée. Mais le cadre est vraiment magnifique et je reviendrai avec plaisir

La chambre est petite mais confort top! L'hôtel très bien placé, au calme. Mais lors de mon séjour d'une nuit, l'alarme incendie s'est déclenchée. Tout le monde s'est retrouvé dehors pendant 2 heures le temps que les pompiers inspectent L'hôtel. Verdict: dysfonctionnement du détecteur ! ! On doit me faire un 30% sur une prochaine nuit ... sauf que comme j'avais déjà réglé la chambre, c'est compliqué pour eux. L'hôtel devait me rappeler, il ne l'a pas fait...
