Fabulously welcoming and accommodating staff. Brilliant, filling breakfasts every morning. Decent WiFi. Parking was a little way off, but only a two minute walk.
A great location for visiting the local area. A lovely b&b, looked after by
an exceptional landlady who tries her upmost to give everything you might need. Would thoroughly recommend
We were made very welcome, and so were our two dogs. Breakfasts were perfect (vegetarian) with lots on offer. The bed was comfortable and the landlady is very friendly and attentive.
Welcoming with a homely feel .lovely hostess.
Room spacious.
Very clean accommodation
Shared small shower/ toilet was just about ok bit of a squeeze!
Towels provided were small and a bit old/ thin, could have been better.
Tea tray not changed daily
Breakfast good but not alot of choice.
Parking easy in the village but not on site.
Overall enjoyed my stay and it was value for money.
Lil was a very welcoming, understanding, pleasant, outgoing, friendly and lovely host. The breakfasts were very good to order with individual’s preferences. It was located within a quiet, safe, picturesque and friendly area with a very good pub opposite it. There was a lovely waterfall and a very good dog area nearby. The room was spacious enough, clean, tidy, comfortable, and everything was provided for. We really enjoyed our stay there, and we would definitely return again, if we were to visit that area in the future. NB. There are no parking spaces directly outside of the property, and there are double yellow lines there, however, there is free parking within the next road to the property, or free parking over the bridge to the area along the next road.
Basic clean and comfortable accommodation. Suitable for walkers and hiking holidays. The oweners were very friendly and hospitable. Would defiantely sray there again...
The hostess was really friendly and helpful. She kindly cooked our breakfast at 8 rather than half 8. There's a free carpark near the hotel on the other side of the road.
Good value B&B within easy reach of Snowdon but without the hoards of tourists. Interesting history to Trefriw and lots of walks. Good pubs for food in village. Clean and pleasant stay with friendly host. Definitely recommend. Just one observation, you wouldn't want to drink too much and lie on your back looking at the ceiling, the artex pattern makes the world spin. Lovely stay
Very enjoyable experience, pleasant host and good honest breakfast cant go far wrong

Nice b&b with an ideal location
We enjoyed our stay at Ty Newed very much. The House is old, but everything is functional and clean. Nice breakfast and a very welcoming host. The location is perfect in the middle of the old village. There are 2 pubs serving Nice traditional food and a small grocery in town. Don’t miss an afternoon beer in th garden of the Old Ship pub ! We did some fantastic mountain hikes directly from the House, as well as walking along the river to Llanwrst with the old Roman Bridge with the Tea House. highly recommendable.
The hosts were fantastic, my bed was very comfortable and the room had all a guest could want, a fan, powerstrip, good hair dryer...one of the best breakfast's I have had in a long time and a great location. Close to the park, near eating establishments.
Good location in village, with a standard cooked breakfast. The nearby Ship Inn is very good for an evening meal.

A comfortable stay.
Ty Newydd has a very welcoming relaxed atmosphere. The accommodation was kept spotlessly clean. Breakfast choice good - tasty porridge suited me but cooked looked and smelled tempting. My room was well equipped even if limited by being in an old welsh traditional house.

Pleasant stay
The room was lovely but a little dated. The hosts were absolutely lovely and couldn’t do enough.
