「A truly 5-star hotel with great service. The check in staff has very kindly accompanied us to our room and introduced us to the various areas of the country and the hotel. The air conditioner works great. The bed is, unfortunately, a bit too soft. Free bath salt is included in the restroom for those who would like to have a relaxing bath in the bathtub. Very kind and friendly to our kids from bringing them drawing books and colored pencils at the dinner table to offering them off menu kids options at the restaurant. The spa was perfect, from the sauna to the hot tub to the pool. we were here off season at the end of October so not too crowded. Enjoyed a great massage from Ivana, highly recommend.
