「The room was more like a an apartment totally clean, a nice patio deck with excellent chairs for Sun tanning excellent AC unit microwave refrigerator all clean a great Keurig machine with Greg donut shop coffee provided and the excellent Zephyrhills bottled water with decent sports options on the television and only about a block to the beach this has got to be one of the best places around to go on a mini vacay or even a long stay the guy that takes care of things Robert Is awesome helpful...

「Excellent. 6 in our party. We had 1 queen bed and 2 full beds plus a full sleeper sofa. Full kitchen and dining table plus living area. John’s pass board walk and the ocean all within a short walk. Staff was excellent! Walked us to our room and went over everything with us, Very personalized service. We are all locals from Tampa and like to stay over when we attend events like John’s pass Seafood Festival. Also couldn’t beat the price!」

「Unit was nicely remodeled with ample space for family of four. TVs were big and sofa and beds were comfortable. A little chilly due to temperature outside, would have been nice to have heated units. Angie was outstanding and very accommodating. 」
