The hotel has a very nice location, very quiet and surrounded by nature, it’s a 10/15 mins walk only from the center. Very nice and available staff, the hotel is very well organized with a private transport service that drives you to the main ski lifts in a couple of minutes. Nice and cozy wellness spa area, very good continental breakfast and restaurant. The only little thing is the hairdryer in the rooms which is a bit old so it takes some time above all for women to dry hair. Overall, excellent structure and great staff, I will surely go back.

Everything was great. Excellent food at the restaurant, comfortable spa, super nice staff everywhere specially Florino the driver who takes you to the ski pistes anytime. Great value for money and all well care with the Italian renown standard of dolce vita.

The ultimate ski getaway

My husband and I had a perfect 5-night stay at Hotel Gianna! Check-in was very easy and convenient, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They helped us navigate the town and mountains, and were always available to answer all of our questions. The hotel offers a discount for ski rentals at the shop just down the road - which also delivers your equipment directly to the hotel so you don't have to carry it. The hotel has ski lockers with boot warmers, which were such a nice touch! There's a free shuttle from the hotel that takes you to the slopes and picks you back up at the end of the day. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to the center of town, and there are also a few restaurants just a few minutes away. Not to mention the hotel's restaurant, which is a great option! We had dinner there one night and it was definitely one of our best meals of the trip. We also had massages at the spa while we were there, which were so relaxing. Overall, we can't recommend Hotel Gianna enough, and will definitely be staying here again next time we're in town!

Equipe super atenciosa. Optei por comprar os jantares junto com a estadia, valeu muito a pena. Restaurante excelente. Hotel silencioso e aconchegante. O depósito para esqui é muito bom. Serviço de van para levar para as pistas funciona perfeitamente, melhor que ficar em hotel ski in/ ski out.

Soggiorno piacevole

Ho solo dormito e fatto colazione ma ho potuto notare che la struttura e praticamente nuova nel pieno rispetto della tradizione. Tutto è estremamente curato e pulito. Proprietari e collaboratori sono gentili e disponibili.

Delicioso, aconchegante e charmoso

Estadia perfeita, fui muito bem recepcionada, quartos super agradáveis, café da manhã maravilhoso. Um pouquinho longe do centrinho, mas bem possível de ir a pé (aprox. 1km andando). Há motorista disponível para levar às estações de skis com os equipamentos. Há lanche da tarde todos os dias após chegarmos com fome das estações. Apenas o jantar do hotel que achei um preço alto e fixo (são 29 ou 35 euros por pessoa, para comer 3 ou 4 pratos e um buffet a vontade). Eu que como pouco, acabei achando que não valeria à pena o gasto para tanta comida. Acho que poderia existir um cardápio a la carte mesmo. Do resto, nota 10,0. Ahh, e sem contar a recepção que tive. Somos tratados como fazendo parte da família 😊Pretendo voltar à Madonna, neste hotel!

Mycket trevlig vistelse!

Personalen i receptionen var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam, och likaså personalen i restaurangen som var uppmärksam och kunnig. Mycket fräsch och modern spa avdelning. Hotellet ligger en bit från skidliften, men hotellet har en egen taxi som kommer så fort man ringer. Såväl frukost som middag höll mycket hög kvalitet. Jag kan varmt rekommendera hotellet.

Comfortable, well-managed hotel

This hotel is run expertly, so that the guests can fully relax and enjoy their stay. The staff are polite, friendly and helpful. There were several gluten free options for breakfast, and we liked the afternoon snacks at the bar. I spent late afternoon hours in the pool and sauna, or in the garden on the sunbed. Overall, I think the hotel gives a good value for money and would recommend it to my friends.
