「Very dated motel. Stayed here for the nostalgia, as I grew up going to HoJo's around the US. Check in was ok, but no one there to check out. Stairs to the room were rusty with peeling paint. 「This place offers an affordable price compared to other hotels in Traverse City. I chose it mainly to have a place to sleep. I used silicone ear plugs to help with noise since the air conditioning unit and traffic can be loud. It has excellent hot water and a small refrigerator, which I really appreciate. There is plenty of parking. I will stay at this place again.」

「This is my new favorite place- right down from Ellen's Shell station that has the best pizza in town. :).
