We booked the room for my parents' overnight stay as they were passing through the area. Couldn't have been happier with the accommodations, wonderful staff, delicious breakfast, and gorgeous home & setting. Really beautiful home with a lovely view. Cozy & charming.

We really liked this B & B. Breakfast was great and visiting and eating with other guests was very nice and interesting! Rhee house and ground were beautiful. Very friendly and helpful couple manage the premises. Good location. Only down side was the room was very small! So small that the bathroom sink was in the bedroom. We stayed 3 nights and managed just fine!

Love the house, close to main hub of traverse city. Plenty to do on the property, go for walk, feed fish, play bocce, even have a fire at night. Hostess and cook very welcoming. Property is very clean.

Country Hermitage, our heaven in Michigan

Beautiful old and completely renovated house in a breathtaking setting. Misty and Eric, the Innkeepers took great care of us and were attentive and very friendly. They made our stay a wonderful experience. The room and the whole house were very clean, inviting and Eric’s freshly and daily made cookies delicious. Breakfast too. We highly recommend this Bed and Breakfast and will definitely return. Outstanding!

B&B was GREAT. Food superb-prepared by the chef. Hostess (his wife) was charming and friendly. Had lots of suggestions of what to do in the area. Very comfortable room/bed. Top notch cleaned. Definitely would return- hopefully as soon as next year.

Were met by Eric and Missy on arrival and greeted with fresh homemade cookies. Loved the entire house. Sits on an extensive cherry orchard with a lovely pond out back and beautiful deck and grounds. Very warm and comforting home. Beautiful woodworking throughout the house. The breakfast in the morning was like we were in a five star restaurant. Would highly recommend this B&B.

August visit to Traverse City and Country Hermitage B&B

We had a wonderful time at the Country Hermitage Bed and Breakfast. The place is unique, a step back in time, and Eric and Misty are friendly, approachable, and accommodating. They have everything you can imagine, at the B&B, to make your stay fun and comfortable. The grounds are surrounded by a cherry orchard as far as you can see along with a pond full of fish and beautiful gardens. The breakfasts were amazing! Eric is a very talented chef. You can't go wrong this B&B....ever!

Excellent Bed and Breakfast

We had a wonderful stay at Country Hermitage Bed and Breakfast. The home is meticulously maintained. The owners have thought of everything, so many nice details. We were greeted by Missy and delicious cookies. Breakfast was outstanding. The home is in a beautiful setting and a great location. Not too far from Traverse City.
