Staff can improve hospitality instead of just saying no to everything or just act to be supportive while have no real intent of helping customers! I request a room upgrade and which was denied and I saw guest next to my room who got room upgrade!! The resort is beautiful but staff is not so humble ...

Hotel was nice. Was very convenient to walk to restaurants and shops. Loved the area. It is an older hotel that has been renovated. We sat around the fire pits in the evening and the grapefruit trees were full and very tasty. Would stay there again.

Property was great pool was wonderful! Room is a little outdated but comfortable. The only problem we had was upon leaving the shower water never got hot. It was warm and manageable , but unfortunately , not hot.
