"There’s an inviting photo of a hot tub at advertisement, was so looking forward to it, no where to be found. It’s an expensive space that feels cold & uncared for, nicks and black scruff marks in bedroom, empty walls. Small shower without door brings cold air in as you wash, drain comes undone as you move around washing, it was packed with slimy hair, and there’s a window in the small bathroom that opens to the hallway, opposite the toilet, whether open or not, your toilet noise can be heard in...

"Overall good value for location and accommodation. Big problem the shuttle back to the ferry which is offered as part of the service was refused apparently because the ferry left at 7.55am and the shuttle starts ay 8am. To be at tbe ferry the shuttle would need to have left at 7.30 !!! I was advised to get a taxi. I walked. The onsite shop and bar barista closed for tbe season midway through my stay. Very very annoying and a massive disappointment not to buy a coffee in the morning. Nearest...

"We only stayed for one night, but the accommodation truly impressed us. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we had an excellent night’s sleep. The room was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean – we felt at home right away. The support was outstanding: communication was quick, friendly, and very reliable. "The hotel consists of beautifully restored stone buildings in the centre of a vineyard. It’s a small hotel with more people probably visiting to do winetasting and use the restaurant and host events than staying overnight. Food was excellent and the views, the pool and the Rooms all lovely. The two rooms we had, with terraces, were a modern conversion of a separate building, but in my view probably still the most spacious and comfortable. Other rooms just as nicely decorated, but not as roomy. Service was generally very good with individual lapses when people were a bit busy."
