Such a lovely hotel with beautiful details in every room, felt truly Sicilian. Fantastic service as well, from before arriving to during our stay. The photos don't do the hotel justice - highly recommend!

Would not hesitate to stay here again. The location was great in the old town. Our suite was huge and felt like we had our own apartment, it was also beautifully decorated. Enjoyed the breakfasts and the kind hosts.

Amazing location, staff, breakfast options, vibe- highly recommend. The manager gave us great recommendations when we had to change our plans last minute and even called the bus company to confirm times and pickup locations. We loved it here.

The location was Siberia. The restaurant and staff was really great and knowledgeable. The rooms could use a bit of updating. New bedding , linens , toiletries could be upgraded otherwise you can’t beat the location, price and charm.

A great place in the older part of the city. Walk-able to restaurants and the whart/port - even a swimming beach. Staff was extradinarily kind and helpful. Inexpensive neighborhood parking was available nearby (200-300m), but one needed to be mindful of street sweeping etc. Strongly recommend the suites.

Francesca was a delightful host. The room was spacious and the attention to detail was lovely. We were the only guests for two nights in November. I am sure that in peak season there would be a different vibe at the hotel and restaurant. We were happy to have the quiet and the place to ourselves!

Great old town property. Fully renovated. Only 9 rooms over 4 floors. Be aware, there is no elevator. Good breakfast. The area around the property is very rough but safe. Less than a block away from all the restaurants and historic area so it is in a good location.

Francesca was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Room was large and as advertised. Parking was difficult, but would be with any room in the area.The room was over a restaurant so it was noisy at closing time. Located near the boat tours and old section which was nice. Overall it was excellent if not for the restaurant noise at closing.

We had a wonderful stay here. Beautifully designed rooms with everything we needed for a week’s stay. Good mattress and very clean. The area around the hotel is perfection. Easy to walk everywhere, plenty of restaurants, and ample parking for a fee. The staff was extremely helpful and made staying here a breeze. The concierge gave terrific recommendations our first morning on what to see around town and was very helpful. We had breakfast each morning and found it to have a great selection of food and to be very good. We had dinner one night in the restaurant as well, which was delicious! Highly recommend.

We stayed here for a few nights as a part of our Sicily trip and it was an amazing place to stay in Trapani. The breakfest that is included was a great way to start the day with loads of pastries, fruit and coffee. The rooms were very comfortable and we loved our stay. The room keys were a bit finicky but we figured them out quickly. Francesca was very helpful and accommodating for our late check in and early check out. She also provided us great instructions for visiting Erice and favigana and sent us directions on where and how we should park our rental car. We spent so much time out and around the town we missed the chance to have dinner at the restaurant but it definitely looked like a great place for food and wine.

We loved our stay at Dimora Botteghelle. The room was lovely designed, it was a simple one but did not look like it was. Francesca is super helpful during the stay, available on WhatsApp and enabling self check in. The breakfast was also very good. Everything is close to the property so very walkable. Not a problem at all for us but there is no lift in the property so this is something to consider when booking for people who need it. Only thing I would add in the room or in the common area is the possibility to have tea or coffee!

Great place in Trapani

Very easy to find and just 15 min walk from Port Trapani bus stop. Flexible check in and absolutely superb friendly and helpful young lady Francesca to welcome you like a family. Breakfast choices are selected by Whatsup message and all tasted great (particularly pastries). The hotel is in historic area short walk from the pedestrian only main “action” streets. Rooms are kind of small (again old buildings syndrome), but well equipped with a lot of charm. Some people had issue (other reviews) with access due to lack of 24 hrs desk, but as you schedule your arrival and get the door code, there is no problem. Francesca provided local recommendations and assured us that Trapani is very safe even later in the evening what helped us in getting to the airport safely. And Trapani and Ortigia are the nicest (and cleanest) two places in Sicily.
