「The room was clean and comfortable. Turan ensured the breakfast area was meticulously stocked with fresh fruit, vegetables and pastries, it was outstanding and he and his staff were friendly and attentive. Both Bell Hops were excellent help and informative for local restaurants and shops. Overall great experience and wonderful staff.」

「The included breakfast was a nice amenity—but that was about all. Upon arrival, we waited for our room to be cleaned; however, when we went inside there was no soap in our bathroom, the bathroom looked hastily cleaned, and our air-conditioning unit was leaking onto a desk that had electrical outlets connected underneath. There was also no hand towel in our bathroom and not enough towels for two people. We messaged the property in the morning after leaving for the day, requesting that the room...

「Good place close to meydan (downtown). The hotel is good for a 4-star rating. The room shows its age but it was clean and there was a daily service room and cleaning. Staff is good and they have people speak English, Arabic, and Turkish. Transportation is very easy from there.」

「Property was roomy and location was convenient. Great view of the Black Sea from the window. Many shops and restaurants nearby (5 minutes walk). Caught taxi from/to airport for about 500 lira. Ride was about 10 minutes. Staff arranged the taxi to airport.」
