"We had a lovely stay at Lumia. The staff were very helpful, and the room was pristine and very comfortable. It’s in a brilliant location- in the centre of town but close (within 10 mins walk) to both the port and beach. Grazie! "

"The room and amenities no clean sheets towels for 10 days. Never cleaned the room until 10 days. I was absolutely appalled by the Treatment at the Place. I asked for a bed and breakfast You got me a room with a kitchen and a balcony for a little old lady. All I was staying at a different hotel which I ask for you to let me continue to stay there and you said there was no room so I then asked you to book me a place which you did And then I found out I could’ve stayed in the same Motel that I’d already been in This Cost twice as much money, no breakfast just just awful "
