"We recently spent a full week at this hotel, and our experience was exceptional from start to finish. The staff—from the concierge to the doormen—were consistently personable, friendly, and professional. We would especially like to thank Eva and Raquel, who went above and beyond in assisting us with our questions about Barcelona. Their recommendations and warm demeanor made a meaningful difference in our stay. The location of the hotel could not have been better. Situated right on the piazza facing the Barcelona Cathedral, it offered both convenience and a beautiful atmosphere steps from the city’s most iconic landmarks. Breakfast each morning was phenomenal. The selection was extensive and delicious, with a great variety to choose from. The wait staff were attentive and accommodating, and the dining room was beautiful and overlooked the Piazza. Our room far surpassed our expectations. We were assigned a room with a double terrace furnished with loungers, a table, and chairs—an ideal place to relax and enjoy the views of the city, the hills surrounding Barcelona as well as the cathedral Overall, we had an outstanding experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Barcelona. We can’t wait to return!"

After having difficulty with the TV in our original room we were kindly moved to another without fuss. The staff were great and very accommodating whenever we had questions.
