spacious clean room and a good stay, despite there was some hassle in finding the hotel and doing the check-in.

The room was well equipped, clean and functional. The washer/dryer was easy to use. Irons are available. The staff were friendly, professional and helpful at all times. They were happy to assist with any questions or needs. The area is close to picking transport including metro or buses and about a 10 minute walk to Kyoto main station. I would catch a taxi if you have luggage which is what we did. I would stay here again.
