We booked this as we wanted to be close to Toulouse airport after arriving that day. It was close by and fairly well priced (maybe on the higher side for the size). You can park close to get block, which is convenient. The place is very small, the photos are fairly generous. We are a family of 4 (kids 8 and 6) and it was just about okay for a night. The place is a little tired and out dated, but clean enough inside. The grass area had a lot of cigarette butts. Breakfast was good. The lady on reception was friendly and helpful. I believe the booking information said English was spoken but she didn’t speak English (that’s not a complaint, as I can speak some French, but may be useful info for others). Fine for a night as a stop over.

Really bad experience, do not stay there. The complex it's cheap but far from everything, not children friendly. When you do the book in they ask you a deposit of 300 euros!!! I booked a triple room and get a really tinny bed upstairs were barely sleep 2 persons. Before you leave the room you have to clean and put your bed covers to wash in the a bag for them to pick. The room was really smelly and had cob webs in the corners. Really avoid coz it's not worth it.

La dame à l'accueil est véritablement sympathique, très souriante. Un plaisir de voir quelqu'un d'aussi joyeux. Le soucis est que le propriétaire devrait investir pour refaire les bâtiments. C'est humide, les murs et le toit sont plein d'eaux pluviales. Néanmoins le personnel est franchement arrangeant. Bonne continuation à l'équipe.

Literie sale, draps tachés très peu de vaisselle, Pas de torchons ni essui main sol dégueulasse gras qui glisse Chauffage inexistant dans sdB Connexion wi-fi, impossible car trop de personnes connectées en même temps sur le campus les taie d’oreiller ne sont même pas à la taille des oreillers enfin bon rien ne va!!! attention les lits ne sont pas fait à votre arrivée ce qui est dommage quand vous arrivez à minuit Avant de partir, vous devez absolument défaire les lits. Donc attention pour ceux qui partent très tôt pour l’aéroport. Prévoir le ménage et la remise en état de l’appartement ce n’est pas du tout un hôtel.

Pas trop mal, mais quelques petit désagréments et choses a revoir. Le congélateur dans le frigo n'avais pas de porte .. Les bouchons de l'evier de la salle de bain et de la baignoire était inversé et l'original de l'evier rester bloquer impossible a enlever. Obliger d'interchanger les bouchons pour mettre l'original de la baignoire sinon ça ne ferme pas. La poubelle dans un seau est un peux ridicule. Il y avais quelques toiles d’araignée en haut. Une souris est apparu plusieurs fois en bas près du frigo. L'état général était plutôt moyen pour résumer.
