Siisti moderni huone. Henkilökunta ystävällinen. Ainoa miinus oli, että hotellin jäähdytys ei toiminut. Onneksi ikkunan sai auki, vaikka se avautui aseman suuntaan.

Un séjour qui s’est déroulé dans d’excellentes conditions, un appartement spacieux, propre, fonctionnel avec une terrasse comprenant de quoi profiter du soleil toulonnais. La formule express de petit déjeuner à 5€ est parfaite, que ce soit la qualité ou la plage horaire prévue. Tout cela pour un tarif très raisonnable. Je recommande

Hotel parfaitement situé près de la gare et à 2 pas du zenith de Toulon. Tout était parfait, l'établissement est neuf. Tres propre et calme. La cuisine équipée est un plus.

El hotel muy comodo para moverse a pie. El apartamento bien equipado y limpio al llegar. Servicio del personal: Pero el servicio del personal, la organización y comunicación fue fatal. Llegamos un sábado por la noche muy tarde después de un viaje de 16 horas en coche con dos niños, a lo largo del viaje llamamos muchas veces para comunicar la hora de llegada, y nos dijeron que no había sitio en el parking, o mejor que no sabían y nos aconsejaron un parking al lado (16 euros). Llegamos casi a media noche y tuvimos que ir a aparcar a otro sitio, descargar el coche, fue muy incomodo, sobre todo con dos niños pequeños. ( la mañana siguiente había parking..y casi todo libre...:( ) Caución: hay que dejar una caución de 150 euros, nos dijeron que la devolución era inmediata al hacer el check out. Nos lo han devuelto hoy Lunes 26 de agosto. Dejamos el hotel el dia 21. No pueden dejar las personas colgadas. llamamos varias veces para preguntar y siempre nos decían algo diferente... hasta el dia de hoy que pude hablar con mi banco. Limpieza: nuestra estancia fue de 4 noches, nunca pasaron a limpiar el apartamento, el domingo al hacer el check in pedimos limpieza diaria, y nos aseguraron que el mismo dia iba alguien a limpiar y cambiar toallas. nunca vino nadie, nos dejaron colgadas. Osea para una noche o un par de dia podría estar bien, pero esto de la caución lo veo desproporcionado por lo que ofrecen. Mas de dos noches no.

Quoique surpris par l'empreinte CB de 150€ à l'arrivée, mais non encaissé à ce jour, séjour très agréable et confortable. Accueil chaleureux et professionnel, en particulier de Charlotte et de Franck.

Hotel no adecuado para viajes de trabajo. Habitacion sencilla pero limpia. Falta de jabon en el lavabo. El personal del hotel lento y no muy dispuesto a resolver los problemas. Para pasar un fin de semana de ocio esta bien pero no recomiendo para viaje de negocios.

Extrem schlecht geführtes Hotel

Das war eine der schlimmsten Erfahrungen, die ich je gemacht habe. Wir haben dieses Hotel über Hotels.com gebucht. Aufgrund der bereits vorhandenen negativen Bewertungen habe ich Hotels.com im Voraus kontaktiert, um zu bestätigen, dass unser Zimmer mit Sicherheit verfügbar sein wird. Hotels.com kontaktierte den Manager Frank und erhielt eine persönliche Bestätigung, dass mit der Buchung alles in Ordnung sei und es keine Probleme mit dem Zimmer geben werde. Als wir (2 Erwachsene mit 2 12-jährigen Kindern) am 12. August um 21:30 Uhr ankamen, bildete sich bereits eine Schlange mit etwa drei anderen Gästen vor uns, die alle Probleme hatten, ihr gebuchtes Zimmer zu bekommen. Als wir gegen 10:30 Uhr an der Rezeption waren, wurde uns gesagt, dass wir leider überbucht seien und kein Zimmer mehr für Sie verfügbar sei. Wir haben natürlich argumentiert, dass wir eine persönliche Bestätigung vom Manager hätten, aber nichts hat geholfen. Ich muss sagen, dass das gesamte Personal an der Rezeption alles versucht hat, um eine Lösung zu finden. Vor allem die junge Dame an der Rezeption war sehr nett und offen, war aber selbst überwältigt von der schlechten Situation, in die dieses Hotel seine Mitarbeiter bringt. Uns kam es so vor, als ob dieses Hotel seine Zimmer absichtlich stark überbucht und die Last dem Personal überlässt. Hotels.com selbst hat die Übernachtung im nachhinein ohne Probleme storniert. Hierfür gebührt Dank, weil dies sehr unkompliziert von statten ging

Appart'hôtel très fonctionnel, sympathique et plutôt calme 😊 Très bien situé, il se trouve à quelques minutes à pieds de la gare, du centre de Toulon et de la Marina, ce qui est pratique! Plage accessible en 15min environ par le bus 3. Personnel accueillant également, merci!

A essayer si cela change de gerant uniquement

Gros pb dans cet hôtel tout neuf ! Le gerant ne gère rien du tout Les pauvres employés se font malmenés par une politique de surbooking où ils sont seuls faces aux clients sans chambres et bien mécontent. Le lendemain matin des clients ont dormis dans le hall d’entrée ! Jamais vu ça en 30 ans de voyage … Quand au ménagé en 15 mn par appartement, comment dire …. Juste le temps de changer les draps et faire la salle de bain, le reste n’est pas fait du tout, des cheveux par terre avec de la crotte de chien …. C’est dégoûtant pour un hôtel aussi recent, très déçu
