"The hotel and our room were spotless! Overall a 5/5 stay, however, the front desk inconsistently charges for bottle water. While the room has a wet bar there isn’t any water provided, so we went down to the front desk to request bottled (I’d seen the man next to me during check in receive two for no charge) the woman working charged our two bottles to the room, $2 no a big deal. On the way out the following morning my wife went to do the same as the night before, but this time no charge? While I’m appreciative the inconsistency is something to note."
