「This property charges premium prices but delivers very little beyond the view. The location overlooking Lake Atitlán is beautiful. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The internet was essentially unusable during my stay. For a hotel at this price level, reliable internet should be basic. I had work to do and could not connect. 「This listing is outdated and the property owner no longer has control of it. I made this booking knowing it was a gamble and ended up getting lucky enough to find someone on the property when I arrived at night. If they haven't been home then I would have been stranded in the jungle late at night without a way to get to town.」
