Our best stay in Sardinia. :-)

What a gem! Lovely hotel that makes you feel like you visit a private mansion. Calm and relaxing atmosphere, well maintained, nice restaurants and welcoming staff. The garden with a 1000+ year old «tree of life» at the entrance area is excellently designed. Well done to the family that converted their house to this hotel.

It is a nice hotel but if your room is on the first floor it is VERY LOUD from the rooms above you. I had to complain 2 times about it being so loud in my room that I am being woken up from sleep and the staff did not offer me to move to a different room. It was not a relaxing stay at all and I would never stay at this hotel again.

Very noisy! We had room 102 and I think it was either above or below the kitchen, as it was noisy till late at night and then the noise started up again at 3:00am. Very disappointing and not very relaxing

Das Personal war wirklich super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist rustikal aber ganz niedlich und auch sauber. Hier und da etwas in die Jahre gekommen, unsere klospülung hatte einen Riss und einige Kleinigkeiten könnten mal erneuert werden. Minus Punkte gibt’s für zwei Dinge, die Heizung im Bad ging nicht - somit war es kaum möglich seine StrandHandtücher und Badesachen trocken zu bekommen da wir auch keinen Balkon oder sonstige Möglichkeiten zum aufhängen hatten.. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr überschaubar, bis 11 Uhr war angeschrieben, aber teilweise wurde um 10 nicht mehr nachgelegt. Generell war die Auswahl jeden Tag identisch eine Sorte scheibenKäse, eine Sorte Salami eine Sorte Schinken und zwei mal in der Woche war Schinken leer also nur Salami. Am letzten Tag war dann leider auch kein Kaffee mehr möglich da die Maschinen beide defekt waren. Die Lage ansich ist ganz gut, es gibt kostenfreie Parkplätze und man läuft 5 Minuten zum Hafen. Die Straße runter ist ein sehr süßes Café und auch Restaurants sind Flussläufen erreichbar.

Mooi hotel, prima eten!

Mooi hotel met mooie kamers. Verwacht geen animatie maar een rustige omgeving, zalig. Wij hadden half pension: heerlijk eten aan een zeer schappelijke prijs. Onze raad: neem zeker half pension, je zal het je niet beklagen.

Non conoscevamo la struttura e viste le ottime recensioni, abbiamo deciso con la mia ragazza di soggiornarvi. E' stata una piacevole sorpresa. Struttura a due passi dal porto di Arbatax, di piccole dimensioni, molto curata, pulita e ben tenuta. Personale molto cortese e disponibile. Abbiamo usufruito della SPA, molto bella, pulita, curata; dotata di bagno turco, sauna, piscina idromassaggio, doccia emozionale. Ristorante di ottima qualità con vasta carta di vini. La cena è stata accompagnata dalla piacevole musica del pianista. Sicuramente torneremo. Lo consiglio vivamente

Good stay despite low service mentality

Nice hotel, but unfortunately COVID has made an impact on the service level. Not very pragmatic in terms of giving the extra service you expect from a 4 star hotel. I gave this feedback directly to them, but not much happened. Besides a poor service level, the hotel itself is nice and the pool area is quiet and relaxing.
