「International brand lives up to its standards. 「The property is excellent in many ways. However, the staff are exceptional. Our flight out of the Faroe Islands was cancelled and the person at the Lobby went out of their way to arrange for the airline to pay for an extra night at the Hafnia (which was much better for us), arrange for three free meals at the hotel, and then even called our taxis to reschedule pick up for the next day. 「Very comfortable hotel, clear and large room, reception is helpful, general service is above standard. Since the hotel location on the hill, hence it provide a wonderful review no matter from the room or restaurant, but if you didn't rent the car and prefer by walk to down town, it will require around 30 min. to down hill and around 45 min. to up hill. Besides, strongly recommend to book the KOKS for dinner as they will provide an excellent food and service to you which the chef will introduce...
