「Staff was very courteous, Laura at the reception desk and Jose (Josefa) in the breakfast area. We had poor internet reception in our suite and Laura contacted the phone company hoping to solve the issue. Unfortunately, the issue was not resolved after our 3 day stay.」

Staying in a parador is always a treat and this one added an extra special experience looking out from our balcony and walking on the path through by a centuries old castle. Add to this the wonderful staff who met all of our needs to make this an unforgettable stay. We are looking forward to a return stay in the near future!」

「Die Lage des Hotels mitten im Zentrum, das historische Gebäude mit dem Atrium, die nette Dame an der Rezeption mit hilfreichen Tipps zur Parkplatzsuche waren alles sehr gut, nur das Frühstück war überhaupt nicht empfehlenswert, deshalb einen Punkt Abzug.」
